I have been seeing Dr. Jai Tomlin for over 6 years. She is excellent and has really helped me. She has a healing hand and is very experienced in her field as well as in nutritional guidance. I recommend her highly. She is gentle effective and thorough. Her staff especially Rachel as well as all her massage therapists are A1. I travel and work in several states and have had the opportunity to need quite a few chiropractors in my time and I'm always great full when I am in her area and can get her To manipulate me. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The key thing is Dr. Tomlin appears to only want to treat people with good insurance coverage that allows multiple visits. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? At first, but then they stopped Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable
