I met with Chris Cirinna at the Newport store a few weeks ago to pick out hardwood laminate. We had some phone calls prior to our meeting. In all dealings I had with him, he was personable, kind, and professional. He even helped me to my car after our appointment because I'm having trouble walking. I didn't ask him. This was a shade install gone wrong. First, when the installers showed up, all of the shades they brought were not sized properly and had to be returned. The Carpet 1 installers were more concerned about who was to blame at Carpet 1 (the measuring guy) than about the delay this caused us. Also, their excuse for their measuring guy's error didn't make any sense. Finally, we were told "not to worry, we won't be charged" for the second set of shades!
