Friendly associates at the store and the workers who installed did a great job.
Chris Cirinna was friendly and knowledgeable and wrapped my boxes in plastic for the rain. I'm sending my buddies there. Best prices. We all take pride in our homes
So disappointed and frustrated with the service from Carpet One in Newport and so sorry I ordered from them. I ordered our shades and paid in full on Dec 1, 2025. I was told to expect the shades to take a couple of weeks. But they were delayed -- that was disappointing but no fault of Carpet One. Finally they did arrive the week of Jan 14th and install scheduled for Jan 21. Chris told me to expect the installer to be at my home between 1 and 4 pm.
