This company doesn't return phone calls. Samantha, who answers the phones, is rude and vulgar! Bad customer service!
There is not enough I can say about this company. I made an appt and they sent a great guy named Charlie to measure my window. I already had an appt for the install once they ordered the window. They were quick and efficient. I can't recommend them enough!
just stopped in to window land for some parts for my vinyl windows and although I was not spending a lot of money they treated me like I was spending a fortune. very professional and friendly staff when I do replace my windows I will certainly look into window land
I needed the glass replaced in a double pane window and everywhere else I called said it would take 1 - 2 weeks...I dropped it off @ Newport Builders Windowland, Inc. & it was fixed within 2 hours! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
I purchased a new storm door and everyone at Newport builders was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The girls did an amazing job helping me make my decision on what door to choose. The day of installation the driver was running behind and I received a call they were running a little late but they would be arriving shortly. The installer did an amazing job installing it and cleaned everything up. He was very friendly and courteous also. Thank you for a great job done.
We just recently had 2 doors and window panes replaced by Newport Builders. I would highly recommend their company! Sam in the office, is so pleasant, responsive and helpful through the entire process. The craftsmanship is incredible!

The most pleasant experience. I can now actually have fresh air in my home. No more painted shut windows. They did the windows (18) in one day and finished flashing the next day. They were totally professional from the estimate to the installation. Also fixed two screens for me that were on a couple of windows that had been replaced by the previous home owner and installed. I cannot say enough kind things about the company. Even the telephone operators were knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you so much.
I use them for all my window repairs in my condo! They recently humored me by installing a kitty access door on my screen using plexi glass on the sides and I absolutely love it! Kitty approved too! Super fast too!
