It’s beautiful place , but start from 8 am and up until 5 pm continuous noise ! Very uncomfortable to live industrial machine making terrible noise They removing trees then they plant same trees back , next day they cut trees using heavy industrial trucks ! Then they remove tiles to put them back ??? Terrible noise constant ! So if you enjoy peaceful life forget about it ! Newport Bluffs is Very Noisy and chemicals smell all around Unforgettable experience. !!!!!
