Horrible customer service – I brought my bike in on a Saturday and was told I could not leave it. The owner went on and on about how people don't pick up their bikes on time and how he has to push them in and out of the shop. He told me I could bring it back on Wednesday. I explained I lived out of town and had a coupon deal and would have to bring it on a weekend. Mind you...he was closed on Tuesday's so having to pus my bike in and out for two days was too much of an inconveniece for him. I return and drop off my bike the ... read more
