I was in the hotel from November 16-18. First problem I ordered a pizza through the room service, I paid to the server in cash, When they check my account they where charge me again the pizza. The front lady was very mad because I refuse to pay again the 20 dollars for the one topic pizza. Second problem I forget one a white dress on top of the bed, no body know were is the dress even after making several phone calls to a different housekeeping and manager.

I was there less than a week ago. The place is not what I expected. Is an old building surrounded by amazing hotels. The rooms (at least which I had) was not nice. Really old tvs, no balcony, no ocean view, and not a tasty decoration. If you have nice rooms there, I believe I got the worst ones! I took the package the Hotel is currently selling in tv and I had A LOT of inconveniences! No one could assist us on time, customer service is not good and during the day we could see agents selling time-share for couples which is an... read more
We had excellent with my wife, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the dock back next year to enjoy it more, I recommend it, and kitchen 305 is very cool!
