Save your money and look for another place to stay. We were told it is newly renovated. We certainly paid for a modern room. Well, the lobby is renovated....but not much else from our view point. After speaking to one or two of the only friendly staff members, we found that some rooms are new, we just did not receive one. Our room had multiple issues, starting with a shower that did not work and a clogged train which i had to pull "hair" and sand from.
