The guy they sent to service my boat was the most rude person I’ve encountered in a decade. I kicked him out and found another company. He even called his boss a liar, to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I had a very bizarre experience with this company after calling for services on a sailboat. I was asked for a credit card authorization before they would even discuss scheduling. Very odd but I complied but then didn’t hear back for a week so I sent a follow up email, then didn’t hear back for another week so I called. The scheduler was very patronizing when I tried to follow up and went into a lot of unnecessary personal detail about herself and the business.
