We love Dr. Cohen! But the office staff is about the worst we have ever dealt with. They say all the right things with zero follow up. As long as you don’t need to get a travel certificate, shot record, or speak with anyone other than the person that answers the phone to get a cursory answer, you will be fine here.
This is the most caring and knowledgable vet we have seen in years. From the minute you walk through the door and are greeted with such a warm sincere welcome to the moment you leave and know your animal was their priority. SO glad to have found them. We will continue to drive up from San Diego for all our needs. ♡
Dr. Cohen and his amazing people are true professionals full of love. If you want the best for your beloved animal, go to them. ❤️🐶
Dr..Chohen is one of the best vets I have ever met. He's an internist and really takes the time to work with you. He's the only doctor there (his practice), yet he works with other specialists that come to the office certain times. Deborah, his wife, is fantastic and they are famous for their xray's. Only place to go for OFA certs.
The entire Staff where knowledgeable and friendly. I had OFA X-rays done there while visiting my sister. They were awesome through the whole process. Gave me disks of them I couldn’t open sent me a second set still could not open them. They tried to walk me through and ended up sending me an email with the images. Over and above!!!
These people were so helpful to me. Very kind front office, reception staff. They got me in to see Dr Cohen ASAP. Dr Cohen was so good.... he really listened to me. And he thoroughly examined my dog. Even though his waiting room was full he spent so much time with my Leo. How refreshing. I’ve been to 5 or 6 other vets in OC and he was amazing. Thank you. So worth the time & money!
WOW! Dr. Cohen and his staff are top-notch and compassionate animal doctors. While on vacation in Newport/Corona Del Mar, my 16-year-old Jack Russell Terrier had a dramatic decline in her health. We called the clinic and were able to get in VERY quickly. We thought we may be saying our final good-byes. Dr. Cohen was very thorough and offered excellent care and options to keep our little dog stable and comfortable until we returned home 2 days later.
