NBVP canceled our reservation that was 4 months old because the "owner was transitioning it to a long term rental". Regina with NBVP called me and asked if she could help find a new place. The places she sent over weren't apples to apples so I found a similar place that even costed more money and told her I'd take it. After asking her if she wanted me to just book it before someone else did, she assured me there was no need and shed take care of it on her end and get back to me. Had a great stay with family with a young teen and up. The property we stayed in had an amazing view and was an easy walk wherever we needed to go. The house was clean and communication was great. We would use Newport Beach Vacation Properties again.
We loved the property and the location. The home was clean, all the appliances worked well, and was comfortable for our group of 10.
The house was perfect !! Had everything we needed! The location was prime !! I would absolutely pick this house again ! NBVP is the way to go for your next vacation rental !
5 out of 5…this place was great and right by the best beach. The only thing I would hope next time is to be able to use some of the paddle boards and bikes to go to town. Everything else was perfect and loved the home.
