Review of 209 1/2 38th St. - We had problems trying to use the TV which Jack from property maintenance was able to fix, but the triple A batteries in the remote control repeatedly failed so we had to take batteries from other remotes in the house. - The glass walls in the master suite shower were coated with very old dust upon our arrival - obviously the shower had not been cleaned before our arrival. -Black furniture surfaces in the master bedroom were also dust covered, again hadn't been cleaned. - Pillows were old and lum... read more
My rental had many nice amenities and was well stocked and clean. Check-in was very easy, as was check-out. I had a question on my second day and received a prompt reply even though it was still a couple of hours before the office opened. Overall great experience!
My family and friends stayed at 1404 W. Oceanfront in Newport Beach because my original reservation was canceled due to the owner of the home selling the house. So, the only house that Newport Beach Vacation Properties were willing to give us was 1404 W. Oceanfront. While the view was amazing, the first few hours there was a sewage leak in Unit C from the toilet. We had to have it serviced and then no one could use the toilet. We celebrated my dad’s birthday with a family gathering on a Luxury Liners yacht. Everyone, from the kids to the grandparents, had an amazing time. It was such a special way to honor him.
