If I could give a negative rating I would! We bought a car in January 2016 and no sooner drove it off the lot and it was shaking, pounding, ticking, and Dominic's comment was "That sounds like a bad engine!". He won't void the sale and his solution is to buy the car back from us. We took it to a local dealership and found there is over $10,000 worth of repairs that need to be made. No problem I bought a car from Dominic , it needed an electric switch, I ordered it picked it up myself, replaced it, Sent Dominic the old switch and reciept, 2 Days I got my check for the switch, No Problem. Why would you people want to Fight with someone who is helpful, I'll Deal there Again.

Liars!!! I was asked to co sign only if needed in my boyfriends loan. However they knew he wouldn't get approved and submitted me only. When the bank called me she had no clue what my boyfriends name was! Needless to say we backed out because we weren't giving these liars a penny of our money. We ended up buying another the next day and are so glad we didn't buy from Newport Motors on Raccoon rd in Austintown
They are liars with false advertisement saying they help everyone. They put low downments on cars but thats not the case. They made my credit score even lower checking my credit they put you in what they wanna put you in if you dont have alot to put down they help who they wanna help remember there in austintown ohio there are so judgemental when they get your id and all your info if you get my drift
