First off, I would like to mention that I work in housing and I perform inspections as a part of my job. This place would not pass! This has been my worst living experience ever. When I initially signed my lease, they did not honor my original quote even though I paid the required fees within the allotted time. There are always issues with the water. My lease was up Feb 28. I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed around $280. $50 of that was for changing the locks, which they changed because they had to replace the door knob. There was a charge of $57 for the last water bill, which I had already paid by the time I received the letter. The remained was for normal things such as cleaning. I just moved in ,as in put 4 boxes in an empty apartment, inspected and found BEDBUGS.Reported it to the office and was VERY RUDELY told YOU BROUGHT THEM THERE! The office staff is rude from office people all the way up to manager NICOLE. YOYR CUSTOMER SERVICE ID NON EXISTENT AND YOU NEED TRAINING!!!!Oh, and she refused to give me corporates number. DONT MOVE IN THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shady apartments. They are illegally towing cars with out any signs posted up warning you. Then, that was followed by them hanging up on the phone mid conversation. Just be carful when considering this complex, they aren't very ethical.

Today is October 21, 2009 Me and my partner live in these apartments and today we experienced the pipes bursting at 5am, Instead of having an onsite staff for maintenance issues they have to travel 25-30 miles away. The management is too scared to return a callback and as the carpet cleaning company, Imperial Carpet dug up the padding they found a hole the size of an adult shoebox under the carpet.
