First off, I would like to mention that I work in housing and I perform inspections as a part of my job. This place would not pass! This has been my worst living experience ever. When I initially signed my lease, they did not honor my original quote even though I paid the required fees within the allotted time. There are always issues with the water. #1 was s told i had a sun room never happened wasn’t able to see apartment until day of move in was very dissatisfied never move in until you see the place it was a whole lie … #2 patio was never clean before i moved in was full of dog shit was very dirty shit was all over the patio and in the laundry room was so bad they had to come scrub it with bleach … had to put my stuff in shit because the movers charge by hour…#3 my tub was apparently painted before i moved in well three days later all the pain peel of so the tub h... read more
