They don’t care about your wellbeing. My apartment flooded. The upstairs apartment had their water heater burst, which flooded my apartment. I asked to be moved to another apartment and they refused. And I’ve had water in my apartment almost the whole time I’ve been there
Been living here for 10 months now , what can i say love the neighbourhood its really quite and nice ,the office staff is friendly and tara the manager make everything smooth she knows how to run this place ... i have lived in other apt complexes and never see nothing like it ,im planning to stay one more year . Hands downs newport !!!

I live here for 4 years and I love it Tara is a great person and maintenance is always helping and doing the rite job the best place to live
I've been living here for four years. The outdoors are clean and in good shape. Flowers everywhere. Love that! The staff at the office and the maintenance staff, are all very respectful, attentive and amicable. Manager listens to you, when you need to talk to her, and she calls back with f/u. I have no complains, they always respond quickly to my calls. Is a quiet and safe environment. Is well located, for easy access to main freeways and other neighborhoods. I love living here. Ahhh and they give me candy on each birthday!!... read more
