Lived here about 6 months now. This place will be okay if you happen to get a unit without many problems and you don't mind going without water or other promised amenities for periods of time. It's iffy if your trash will actually be picked up whether it's out on time or not. The pool has looked like an absolute hazard and remained unopened all summer. I've been here 6 months And the staff has been beyond helpful,and attentive to my needs I'd definitely recommend, this being your next choice, it will be your best choice Hats off to Jennifer And the rest of the Staff
The apartments have a lot of plumbing issues. They constantly turned the water off. My AC unit kept messing up every 2-3 months or so because they did not want to replace it. My apartment leaked once from the ceiling and flooded once. It was my fault for not thoroughly reading the contract but I went 3 months prior to my lease terming and they told me to come back in may. I went may and it was past the 60 day notice so I had to pay an extra month with the extra $300 fee for being outside of contract. They can be more transpa... read more
Great property and wonderful staff. Yes great place to stay . Quiet friendly environment and restaurants and stores close by . Ideal area to live Mesquite border of Garland .
