It’s a great place to get sober and to learn how to be a productive member of society also a great and trusting place to work out any kind of mental health issues I would recommend this place to someone if they want to be sober
I was in Newport Bethleham (the highest point in that region in Connecticut) it was a very fun experience where I got to enjoy myself with others. I had OCD. The care and support alone healed the aspects of the eating parts of it somehow, and there was an ERP therapist who flew in from California to help me. The team was dedicated and I managed to finish my highschool credits and graduate too. It was great.
I was a client here for 23 days, I loved it here even though I didn’t talk a lot, I felt save there loved the food there to, and doing great in the outside world. This place saved me.
My son was 15 when we (my separated husband and I) sent him to Newport CT, Todd Hill. He was headed down a scary, defiant road of dangerous self-medicating (hard alcohol and dispensary stuff) and self-destructive behavior. He was adopted by at 2-1/2 years of age and was happy (but wild and a textbook rule-breaker) for a few years. I went to newport during april2025- may 2025 it was a great experience for me i made some really great friends and i really got my mental health under control. if you think that newport would help you trust me it would when you actually put in the work you can achieve great things with you treatment team
