Won’t return my son’s belongings.
This facility isn’t even done with construction yet so any review before July 2025 is a fake review. The construction company on this project, Haynes Construction, has been so incredibly inconsiderate to the surrounding homes. Running machines at 4:00am, 5:00am, 6:00am; left generators running ALL night long for MONTHS. The construction crew plays music so loud, that it plays above the construction noise. My daughter and our family had a great experience at Newport Academy in Seymour, CT. The entire team that worked with our family was fantastic. They communicated with us so well and met my daughter and our needs. I highly recommend Newport Academy if you have a teen that is in need of help.
