New maintenance employees, because the other maintenance got fire for nothing. While they have the one working now still here after being rude to the tenants, disrespectful, loud, steals items that he should be replacing, he does drugs in the empty apts, ect and manager is a joke she has got caugh stealing money, is rude as well, doesn't handle professionally. they take forever to fix or repair anything, they don't care if u have issue such as molding in ur place, it's horrible the more i think about it. i can't wait to move... read more
