New Pointe Builders just completed our custom home and we are thrilled with the results. New Pointe Builders was our GC of choice for a challenging commercial project: A Brewery & Taphouse. We love the results and so do our clients. From the woodwork to the steel rails everything that was designed shared a view of modern rustic. A picture is worth a thousand words and I'm including photos of the building New Pointe built, but if you are ever in town swing in for a pint and check it our for yourself!
We contracted with Jim Ayers to build our home. We found him very helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of the construction even though we were out of town during most of the construction. My biggest concern with building a new home was staying within the budget and selecting all the design elements, fixtures, flooring, etc. Jim and his staff did an excellent job in assisting us and directing us to various suppliers. If you are looking for a spec home this is it. If you are looking for a custom built home be patient it will be worth it in the end. Ran into the usual build problems as was expected. Had some warranty issues but in the end they cam through an did the right thing , Impressive !
