This is one of the best places I've ever lived. Josiah and Mia were the entire reason we moved here. Our biggest priority when we chose this place was good office staff because of how bad our previous apartment was, and when we met the two of them we immediately decided this was where we were moving next. They're the only people in their positions that I've seen that genuinely care about their property and tenants, and I've toured a lot of apartments so I've seen plenty. Moving to Georgia, as a former Michigander was a very big change. When we began the apartment hunt, we knew right away Newnan Lofts was going to be HOME. Josiah, the property manager, made the whole process very smooth. This Environment was so peaceful, and the people were always great to be around. Not to mention the BEST maintenance crew around. LOVED my experience at the lofts, Josiah & Mia were tremendously helpful and always understanding. Maintenance & Groundskeeper were also great people to work with. I definitely recommend living here, everything is super close to you, and the Linc trails are a plus! Residents are all super cool and neighborly, and the amenities were always kept clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
