RecommendedI am somewhat technically savvy. These guys Gave me great Technical Support. I was able to get my refrigerator up and running with no problem thanks guys.
This place was great. They had a part I needed for a dryer that is over 20 years old. They confirmed that the part was available, and they set it aside for me, so it was ready when I got there. They also gave me a repair tip, which turned out to be crucial for keeping this part in place once it's installed.

Took my dishwasher here to be fixed, & instead of fixing it, the guy told my husband a few things that could be the problem & suggested we just take it home, order the parts, & fix it ourselves. That's not a very good way to keep customers coming back.

Lol, I try to save people money to keep their business. But I guess you can't please everyone. It's okay I don't hold a grudge or anything. I would try to make her happy if she came back in. We've always done that.
I really like this company. I have gotten advice over the phone, a few parts and instructions for self repair from Tim and the other staff members on a few occasions over the years. They have been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful each time. I Will be calling them if I have any more issues with any of my appliances..
