Recently purchased older S-550. Ryan is in the process of helping me identify maintenance issues to assure many more miles of trouble free driving. So far we've done a "B" service, spark plug replacement, coolant and brake flush. On the horizon is a transmission service and brake pad replacement. Very pleased with the service so far.
Ryan and Alisha are a real mom-and-pop shop. Found them online when I was facing replacement of the camshaft balance shaft on my '07 ML350, which is basically open-heart surgery. Having done it before, they were able to give me a firm price, which the four Charleston shops I interviewed would not. Even though they are a 3.5 hr drive away for me, the Newmoyers' competence and helpfulness makes them a pleasure to do business with.
Have worked on my car a few times. Found them to be timely and very detailed. Responsive, they go out of their way to make you happy
