Absolutely spectacular customer service from the front office manager ( Jessica ) and maintenance man ( Paul ). I have called to inquire about residency and although at the time there was no availability, Jessica explained everything over the phone for possible future availability and I was able to stop by her office for more information. Lived in the townhouses from Newmar properties for about 14 years Unfortunately they wouldn't replace the carpet or paint anything until I moved out it was a safe spacious townhouse that I enjoyed living in for quite some time
Jessica (property manager) has been a pleasure, as has maintenance. They are super quick to respond for maintenance requests, professional, and kind. The new flooring and carpet is smart and UPDATED, especially in comparison with other rentals I have been in. The bedrooms are huge (not shown in the pics), the area and neighbors are pretty great. Moved from VA Beach and I am paying half of what I was for double the space. Pretty great layout. Not leaving until I purchase a house.
Newmoor Properties has been such a great place to rent from. Jessica, Property Manager, and Paul, Maintenance, are always so fast to fix things as needed and are always so helpful & kind. Highly recommend!
Called to inquire about a town house and Kimberly was very rude and condescending. Glad I did not set up a walkthrough if they employ people like that. Do not recommend at all
