As a first-time patient getting Botox, I was excited but a bit nervous for my visit to Newmedica. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was given paperwork to complete but had to fill it out in the hallway since the compact waiting room was occupied by one other patient. After finishing, I moved to the waiting room and was told by the friendly front desk person that the doctor was running about 10 minutes behind.
