I was visiting out of town and got really sick. This place had great reviews so I rushed down there as soon as possible. I was met with "Do you have an appointment?" I said no, and the receptionist replied "Sign in with the QR code and fill out paperwork and then we can see you". That was the only part that felt very western medicine. Scheduling online was very easy as was check in. The staff who greeted me was pleasant. The PA was rough around the edges. She spoke over me, even when I was attempting to answer her questions. When I just let her talk, then she was happy and more pleasant. I was also very disappointed that it is the philosophy of the owner of the clinic to not prescribe any stronger pain medication. I was in a tremendous amount of pain - even just breathing normally was painful. I really needed something stronger than naproxen.
Great experience with this place! The staff was kind, professional and very attentive. Highly recommended
