Zero stars - I made an appointment @4:45pm and I arrived 4:25pm , for a Dr.Note for a new job and the Dr. in charge wanted me to get shots that I DIDNT need for this job nor was a required an actual physical. I WAITED 1HR and 30 Mins in a room all for her to tell me she wasn’t signing the note. ABSOLUTELY waisted my time.
