I came to Tire N Mag Newmarket for my second time May 22nd to have my truck tires balanced and to patch a hole on the inside of one tire. From start to finish my experience was great. I was also personally shown the nail being patched by the staff to ensure I get what I paid for. My problem was 1 month later when I decided to change my rear brakes, I noticed the rear passenger wheel only has 2/5 lug nuts on with one of the studs broken off. What was the cause of this?
