In my opinion, both the manager and the staff member I interacted with were noticeably rude and unprofessional. I felt disrespected not only as a customer but also as a human being, and the overall service did not meet even the most basic standards of courtesy and respect. From my observation, there appears to be a clear lack of proper training in customer service and in treating people with basic decency.
