I’m very impressed with this clinic. The receptionists and nurses are exceptionally polite, kind, and welcoming — very different from many clinics I’ve experienced in Canada. Dr. is truly dedicated to helping his patients and always treats everyone with great attention and care. I’m very happy with the treatment I’ve been receiving and I’m not pain free yet but starting to feel relief from my pain. I highly recommend this place.
This place was my last hope. They are very friendly. Dr. D'Souza was the only person who seemed to care. And for quite some time he helped and helped. But I have missed 2 appointment's because both times I had migraines. The last time was to the point I was throwing up! I live over an hour away and there was no way I could make it! What can I say, besides amazing staff here, always make sure you are looked after. Very kind and considerate, Dr. Seyon is awesome, couldn't get better care if I tried... Thank you to Angelica and Dr. Seyon for being sooo caring and kind and thoughtful of all my needs.... You guys are the best!
The Doctor's are great. What is very bad is the long wait. Usually 20 to 40 minutes after your appointment. The doctors talk to much and dont know how to manage their time properly. Its frustrating. They schedule as many patients as possible because they get paid per person. Then they wonder why patients get mad.
This is by far the best solution for pain care. The clinic doctors and receptionists are friendly and the care is superb. I have nerve block injections as well as cortisone injections (when needed). My body seemed to exhale once the injections started to kick in, almost immediately. Having this adjunct treatment with my family doctor care has made my pain manageable. I am grateful for Dr.El-Batnigi who gives precision injections with minimal pain involved. I find it to be the relief that makes a difference.
