I had to have my prescription adjusted after about 6 months. Super simple, very friendly and helpful staff. Buying online can be cheaper, but coming in is definitely worth it.
Had a lens pop out of my glasses and they fixed it with a new screw for no charge. I'll be returning for my next set of glasses.
