I purchased Nano Vista baby glasses from this optician approximately 8 months ago. The frames are marketed as “indestructible” and were sold to us with a 36-month manufacturer warranty. On December 29, 2025, we attended the store to request warranty service for a hinge issue. We were initially advised that replacement parts would be at our expense, including a $30 “shipping” fee. More recently I walked in with a more urgent medical request and Fiorella, went above and beyond, to help me facilitate the request quickly and even contacted vendors behind the scenes to help get me best price on replacement lenses for a recent prescription change. Highly recommended.
