I am going to cut to the chase: The staff is very friendly. Adam( the new service manager) is an outstanding and professional human being. He is all about customer service . In addition, he always takes a couple of minutes to talk to you and explain the problem with your car. It is my impression that the mechanics under Adam's guidance, perform at a high level and leave nothing to chance. When I go there for service its as though I am being welcomed by family.
