I wondered why the customer service can be so terrible at this store, so I checked out the online reviews. It turns out the poor organizational behaviour starts with the owner, as demonstrated by their overly defensive responses to customer complaints and poor reviews. Tip: when you screw up, don't publicly (or...at all) attack your customers or make excuses. Acknowledge your error, apologize and move on.
Absolutely fantastic service!! I have never been disappointed when purchasing my equipment and/or having it repaired or serviced.
The guys were super helpful.
Brought my mower in to sharpen the blade and the service guys were amazing... very quick, nice guys and 100% will recommend.
