We are very pleased to announce that we are opening back our Saturday’s clinic 10-3pm as well as evenings on Mondays and Tuesdays open till 8 pm. Looking forward to continue providing the best care to our patients with more hours.

Waiting time is too much long on phone once she said hold goes 20 minutes more
Recently switched to this clinic after I wasnt able to get into my old family doctor. The receptionists are so nice and patient, treating everyone with respect; even those that I witnessed while I was waiting that absolutely did not deserve respect. Shawna even printed off files for me so they could get right into my file! Thank you! I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care I received from a physician at a walk-in clinic. The doctor in question, identified by her white lab coat and Southlake Hospital badge, demonstrated what I believe to be a significant lack of knowledge and professionalism during my visit. Impossible to get an appointment before October. Been trying to get in for a walkin visit for months and repeatedly told things like we stopped taking patients an hour ago. Won't give me the results of my blood test results from june over the phone. So i guess I'll have to go to a different walkin and redo the test and ask them for the results. Irritating. Update: that was 8 months ago. Managed to get an appt. Still left without results even though asked for them. Doc doesn't listen and went off talking about something else ... read more
I have been going here for years to see Dr.Salehi. I travel up to 3 hours each way to see her still since moving about 10 years ago, never had another doctor so attentive. Unfortunately the front desk staff has seemed to be dropping the ball a bit lately and a bit unorganized, this requires multiple calls to the office to get an appointment scheduled and a lot of phone tag but until(if) I find a better doctor in my current city I’ll be a loyal patient of Dr.Salehi.
