I don’t think a customer has to be forced to do a test drive in order to get pricing. I’m entitled to shop around for a vehicle and get prices that work best for me before doing a test drive. I’ve been leasing and financing for many years with different dealer ship and this is the first time I’ve experienced this situation. The manager Tomas did not agree to give me a final price because I HAVE to do a test drive which is ridiculous. Don’t force your customers to do something they don’t wish to right at the spot.

Bad service
Having an infiniti provides me with excellent customer experience. I had a Nissan before and was not treated the same way. If the level remains like this I plan on buying another Infiniti.
