I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with the service department at Newmarket Infiniti. My 2021 Infiniti is under extended warranty and I received an official recall notice from Infiniti regarding a safety issue in the engine. Called their service department on two different occasions, and they told me they would call me with an estimate but never got back to me. I called back, and they put me on hold and no answer. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A NEW INFINITI VEHICLE. YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH NO REGARD, TOLD BRAKES AT 1 YEAR OF HAVING A NEW VEHICLE IS NORMAL. While staff is always helpful their hands are of course tied by greedy Dealer Principals and Manufacturers. There are so many other options out there for vehicles. Spend your money wisely
