I am very disappointed with my experience at Infiniti Newmarket regarding my Infiniti QX60. I brought my vehicle in three separate times for the same engine issue. Each visit resulted in additional charges and several days of repairs, yet the problem was never resolved. During the most recent visit, the dealership kept my QX60 for 13 days and charged approximately $500 for parts (with the remaining repairs covered under warranty).
