past 2 times I go in for something, they ended up doing something different then what I ask for and charge ridiculous labor rates and you walk out feeling unsatisfied and ripped off. Every time it’s a horrible experience. They never resolve anything due to there lack of knowledge and will scam you on parts you do not need just so they can make money. Communication here is the worst I’ve seen at any location. For sure last time ever going to this location

I just purchased a new car from this dealership, a Nissan Rogue, and I had a very pleasant experience from the start. The sales person , Daniel Mahdipour was great at his job, very knowledgable about the car and addressed all of our needs. Then the brach manager and the financials addressed all of our questions, and dedicated a lot of time explaining all the new features and coverage of our contract. A great experience over all.
I was looking for a new car to switch from my VW Tiguan 2018. Vlad Koziy asked me about my preferences and expectations from the car I was looking for. Together we determined that I would need a 7 seater and offered 2 test drives of Infiniti QX60 with 2.0 turbo and 3.5 l engines. After short negotiations I’ve picked up 3.5 l version and even received a competitive offer for my car. Vlad helped me to get approved for finance of nee car same day. Great car, great job.
