We have used Newmarket Garage Doors many times for both installation and repairs. We have had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda and having work completed by Mike and Tommy. They are so knowledgeable, expedient and fairly priced!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great help and advice from Amanda at the office to pick the best door for me. Be careful not to fall for low service rate garage repair service providers they are not to be trusted. Pay the going hourly rate with a reputable company like Newmarket Garage Doors. Not only do they sell quality products their installation team are fantastic and honest. I needed a new opener installed and purchased one locally based on the tech Tommy’s advice. ( Great guy) He came back a couple of days later and within 45 minutes had me up and running. Newmarket Garage Doors is a good company you can rely on.
They came on time and did the install. A few days later we heard some beeps then the doors didn't open. I asked for help from the company and they were reluctant to help, referred me to the manufacturer who said the battery is dead. We called back to newmarket garage doors who said we needed to PURCHASE a new battery. A few more days later we noticed the tension on the bar was bending from pressure build up. I called about my broken garage door on a Friday morning, and they said they'd try to squeeze me in that afternoon. Tommy showed up exactly on time, and within 30 minutes, our garage door was repaired! So impressed with their straight forward communication, and prompt, excellent service! Thank you!!!
