Contacted to help us install new quieter garage door openers. The lady who I first spoke with was so helpful in helping us find the most economical, quality product. The installer was efficient and informative. Then when I called in about an issue with closing our garage the other day, the lady who picked up immediately assisted me with trying to fix it and figure out the problem. Thank you Amanda and Tommy!! I called because my garage door wouldn’t open but I did not really know what was the problem. Amanda heard me out and knew exactly what the problem was! She promptly scheduled an appointment for me. I was stuck in a meeting when the technician Tommy came by and I couldn’t answer the door and missed him/the appointment but Amanda was so helpful and Tommy graciously came back the same day! Highly recommend, they made a stressful situation easy and their professionalism showed every step of the way!
