Today, I phoned Newmarket Garage Door as a returning customer. I've used them 2 times today was going to be my third until I came in contact with Amanda. Her customer service was quite upsetting given the history we have had.
I texted Amanda after hours as my garage door wouldn't open. I figured we were in for a costly repair. She suggested I check the fuse - which like a dolt I had yet to look at - and lo and behold, that did the trick. Helpful even to those who haven't become official customers yet? These guys have my business for sure. I'll be booking them in for door maintenance in the spring and will be doing our replacement with them down the line. Thanks, Amanda!
Outstanding experience from initial showroom visit with Amanda to completion of the job. Managed expectations along the process and all work was completed on a timely basis with an excellent end result. The follow up call to gauge satisfaction was much appreciated.
