I have been seeing DR Potter for a long time,I like his professional knowledge and honest opinions about my dogs, but the real problem is his front desk staff. Every time I get the meds for my dog, every time is different price, same pills different price every single time. I am so frustrated and angry.And she ask me what do you want to do? Really, do I have choice? i took my dog here for some work 2 times. both times were horrendous. i should have learned from the first time but i thought it could be a bad day. the place is filthy and looks like a hoarders house. the staff including the owner lori is incredibly rude and always late. the worst part is the stitches on my female dog were so terrible with even dirty and hairs inside the wound. please stay far far away from this place. they also doubled the price on me from one visit to the next.
Everyone was super helpful, professional and empathic. Highly recommend this location. Thank you!
