We came in yesterday to look at homes. We were greeted not very kindly at all. My husband had explained we were coming out of stated and asked if we can get a payment breakdown since we are VA and not to mention going to be coming in from out of state and only have one weekend to get this situated. Ryan said “ I don’t know man I just move the house” then proceeded to treat us as if we would neveerrrr qualify for a house. Ryan you are disgraceful. We are not trash. $1850 for HOA fees and we have NOTHING to show for it except a few sidewalks and ponds that can't be accessed in some neighborhoods. They mow but it's not worth the 1850. STILL NO POOL 4 YEARS AFTER PAYING ALMOST 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS. DONT DO IT.
Highly recommended. Ryan, the sales manager, was very communicative throughout the whole process. Justin, the superintendent, made us feel like he had our back and was looking at stuff and keeping the quality excellent during the whole process.
