Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Allowed them into our space to pre lease so they would not have a lapse in rent. They turned around and charged me a months early termination fee. It gets better....Did my walk through with the manager and was marked good on everything. The space was immaculate. They brought it an electrical contractor that billed them for 22 lights and 8 ballasts. We replaced 30 bulbs the month before we left and all 10 lights were lit. They ended up keeping over $1000 of my deposit. Sham... read more

Absolutely no idea how they stay in business ... or even if they are still in business. Would hate to already be a tenant. Its been three weeks now of trying to get a person on the phone to see a space they are offering for lease. Zero luck with anyone answering the phone or returning the multiple and numerous messages left on your voicemail. Hey folks, you can’t get tenants in if you don’t answer calls.
