Terrible communication. I’ve tried reaching out to Jen Helm multiple times—at least 10 calls and several emails over the past four months—regarding a restaurant space on Commonwealth Dr in Eden Prairie. No response, no follow-up, nothing. If this is how they handle potential business opportunities, I can only imagine how they treat actual tenants. Stay away from these people—I wouldn’t trust them to handle anything professionally.

We met with Dan F. regarding an available space in spring lake park. We were forthcoming in our plans to utilize the space and was told after clearing it with the building owner, it was fine as long as there was no large exterior signage. We received our lease, showed up to sign it and get the keys only to be told that he never communicated our use to the owner and we could no longer rent the space.
