I initially took my vehicle to 'Newmans Smash Repairs' on 28 September 2023 (under Claim Number xxxxxx8801) after my vehicle sustained damage to the right-hand side, affecting both the driver-side and rear right doors. Although repairs were carried out, the workmanship was poor and the damage remains visible from inside the doors when opened, with unrepaired marks that were never properly repainted. This business has had my car for a month and it not answering the phones / responding to emails. We turned up and the place is boarded up being 'renovated'. We've made a police report that this company has stolen our car. They have responded to the review to say they have tried to call and text us but we have no record of this communication.
Hi there This morning we have fixed our car from this place & we are delighted with their professionalism while being so courteous & friendly. Obviously there are other Panel beaters around who may also provide great services as for our experience from this particular PB it was outstanding considering both professional services & customer services high standards.
