We started to use Newman's a year ago when we purchased our forever home in Las Vegas. Most pest companies charge a "New Customer" inspection/startup charge. We were prepared for this but when we called to arrange a contract, they waived this fee and didn't even make us sign a contract. Refreshing for people to trust each other. Their system is wonderful.
