The doctor and staff are amazing and very compassionate as I had to put my baby girl to sleep today ! The experience was much easier with the help of the staff!!
I just want to say that I've taken my pets to Newman veterinarian clinics for years and I have never had a bad experience they taken care of my babies and we're totally compassionate and wonderful to when I had to put down my beautiful cat after 9 years I was a wreck but they were there for me five stars girls thank you so much for your compassion and your hand holding and helping me bring Snooki back to Jesus
The staff are friendly & welcoming and my babies are well taken care of.
This is where I take my dog and three cats. They are an awesome group! I can call anytime I need something and they always do their best to assist, and lately I’ve needed a lot of assistance. My dog Elly had an impacted anal gland, my cat Joey was plugged and couldn’t ruination and my cat Rudy has urinary bladder inflammation and is a high stress cat. Oh boy, did I have a bad Boo-Boo on my paw from an ingrown nail. It hurt so bad! My daddy couldn’t help me, so he took me to Newman Veterinary to see Dr. Lamborn. Man, was I scared. When we went in Vet Tech Jordan was so nice! He sat with me and checked me out and got the Vet to help me. My nerves started to get the best of me when Dr. Lamborn was messing with my nail, but then Jordan grabbed ahold of me and gave me the Biggest Hug! 🤗 I felt so safe that I forgot what the doc was doing & all of a sudden “BOOM” no more Boo-B... read more
Terrible service and incompetent vets and staff at best ripoff artists that only care about padding the bill and if a problem arises they avoid all repo stability and refuse to do the right thing. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD, please share this to help others avoid the frustration of being ripped off by these crooks. I've reportedthem to the state attorney general, please pm and I'll provide contact info for the investigator in charge so you can share and file a complaint.
I wish I had read all the negative review prior to getting ripped off by this poor excuse for a vetrinary hospital, they tell you one price only to charge you an inflated price. I had complained to the manager Erica Kent and found her to be extremely rude, obnoxious and unprofessional, talking down to you whenever a complaint arises. they take full advantage of the love we have for our pets ripping you off.
