they lack professiolism.Had to drive back out and resign papers because the deed wasn't presented at signing,then I get there and the figures were changed but not all of them so I had to wait 15 or do minuets while they redone the paperwork..Never had that problem at Old Republic Title from Elyria and I've had many dealings with them over the years!!!
We bought property in October. Newman title agency did not catch the error in the paperwork- the property was supposed to be split ( it never was) the mistake was discovered in November by the seller and a quick claim deed was initiated. We are still waiting for our deed on the now split property (1-25-19). Do not recommend!!!
Newman title is a pleasure to work with. They have above and beyond service, high integrity, and great professionalism. Highly recommend.
