Yeah, not great. I live in town and enroute to pick up inventory from another Cincinnati based gasket company, in the form of foam pads for our product, figured I'd swing by and see if Newman could quote up something similar...no dice. First, you have to knock at an office door and wait/hope someone answers. Second, the lady who opened the door couldn't get rid of me fast enough. After being told they only manufacturer for "distributors" not "end users" she finally asked to see the parts when she said they don't do foam. Fai... read more
