Our roof is 15 years old and the seals around the soil vent pipes began to leak. Newman quoted a fair replacement cost and was able to make the repairs within two weeks. What really impressed me, besides the quality of the repairs, was that Newman did not try to force a total roof replacement on us. I was referred to Newman Roofing and it was the best advice I ever followed. *****, the Job Supervisor, and his great crew were so diligent in getting every little detail just right. ****** ****** and everyone in the office were knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that came up and explained the process of all that was involved. I appreciate the expertise and their kindness. The cherry on top - I have a beautiful new roof and a company who stands behind their work.
had a new roof installed in May 2022. It is holding up great! They worked with an attic insulation company to install and hook up exhaust vents for the bathroom and kitchen.They also found rotten wood and fix it. For plywood sheets they did not use, they deducted from the bill.Good clean-up and no damage to landscape. Nice company. Salesperson was *****.

Nee roof with new deck boards: Best experience. They did what they said they would do in every aspect of the job. Very professional. Absolutely no trash left on site after they left.
