8 1/2 years renting a house, left it perfect. Brenda tried to keep my security deposit with fraudulent repairs after move out. I had full documentation and video when I left. Brenda is very shady,
Called to inquire about a property and was unable to get through (apparently you can't call at all?), so I texted the phone numbers they provided in the recorded message. Got completely different information from Brenda and Christine about the same property. There's a large difference between a $250 and $1000 pet fee. How is it anywhere near reasonable to expect $2000 down, not including other move-in fees? Nonrefundable as well. It ought to say no pets at that point.
