After reading some of these reviews I had to also add mine since I have had the opposite experience and have had my sprinkler system for 5+ years. I did due diligence and had all the "major companies" that I see in the neighborhood come out and give me an estimate and went with Newman because it was the best priced, completed in a day, but the best selling point was that I did not have to pay the twice a year fee to have someone come out and start it up and shut the system down. My wife wanted a sprinkler system installed when we bought the house. Newman got the call. He put the pump right next to the corner of the foundation next to a downspout drain and when it failed it flooded the foundation and caused a basement flood. The lawn crew did a nice install but the electrical part was sloppy and amateurish-poor routing of the wiring, etc. Stay away from this guy.
