I rented a house in Naples to address concerns about my date, disabled daughter. The air conditioning that was complained about an a previous review was never corrected. The review was a year ago when I got into the house the two rooms were so hot. I had to sleep on the couch. I contacted this hospitality group, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional business. they had me on the phone For two hours trying to get Maintenance to fix the air conditioning while my daughter was screaming. Myself , my wife and my 2 teenage daughters had a great stay. Very nice neighbourhood. The accomodation was great. The only thing i missed was bussines center nearby since i also had some work to do. But overall we had a great stay. The staf was wonderfull in their support and service! Thanks to everyone!!!!
Great neighborhood! Only two short blocks from the river and an amazing walking trail to the bridge and restaurant row. Clean, comfy and very roomy!
This villa was immaculately clean, bright & spacious. Absolutely PERFECT location in Islamorada! It's within walking distance of my favorite restaurants. Our charter fishing captains were able to pick us up at the dock right in front of our unit. The property is tucked away just far enough from the main road so you don't hear any traffic noise.
