The staff and service here is phenomenal. The nurses are knowledgeable and extremely helpful 24/7.
Very Disappointed. I rang ahead and clearly explained my situation which was not an emergency and was told to come in tomorrow and I'd be looked after. However when l arrived only to be told they could not help me. Frustrating
Amazing and professional staff: the doctors, nurses, desk and others are all very patient and helpful. The reason why this is four stars are because of the very long wait times. Not that a google review is going to do anything, but please give this hospital more staff so the people of Newman don't have to deal with rushed doctors, and three hour waiting time. It's what we deserve! :)
