Recently, I had a consultation with Marcia Hendricks. She is truly a loving and compassionate nurse. She really listens and understands her patients concerns.�
My review has more to do with trying to reach a Human Being on the phone without 15 minutes of pushing buttons and listening to music before getting a voice mail !! Give me a break, can't be that expensive to hire a operator to direct calls as opposed to maintaining some hokey pokey answering system. Just sayin..
