The Service and our Overall experience with the Dealership is Excellent. Everyone in service was very professional from Start to Finish.
Great dealership, had an issue with my bank and the dealership set up a free delivery of my car a couple days later once my pay by wire came through, saving us the trouble of a 3 hour roundtrip. Very kind and helpful service!
BUYER BEWARE! The first few years of experiences here at Newman were ok for me (maybe because my car was still newer?). However, recently, not so much. Communication with the service team staff is poor, at best (Lee is the exception) - until you leave some negative feedback about a bad experience. Overall, this dealership is outstanding! Customer service and turnaround is great.
I could not be happier with my experience at Newman Chevrolet. We had a slight hang up on a rebate that they quickly took care of. They sent a driver the next day to pick me up for the delivery of my vehicle. Jeremy and Nick are fantastic.
