Quote for repairs was given before confirming availability of parts needed which ended up being $260 more than expected. They did not reach out to notify me of the price change and I wasn't notified until after repairs were completed. Would have appreciated better communication to budget accordingly. If you work with the auto body shop, be sure to be clear that you would like a phone call with any changes to your estimate.
Worked with Avery about week ago and was a pleasure. He was very fast with communication and helpful. Even though I didnt purchase the vehicle, I would still recommend him and this dealership.
Super service from Nick, Avery and Jeremy. Quick to respond to calls, great communication, overall our whole experience with buying a new Tahoe was outstanding. We had bought a tahoe from Nick in 2020 and went back to Newman first for the purchase of our new vehicle before going to other dealerships. Newman's service department and their staff is also great. I have been taking my Tahoe there for over 5 years. They are honest, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions I may have.
