I had a wonderful facial experience today with Samir .She was so kind, professional, and caring throughout the whole appointment. I really appreciated that she carefully selected every product based on my skin type and what my skin needed, instead of using the same products for everyone. She took her time, explained things, and made me feel comfortable. My skin feels great and I truly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend

This clinic should seriously consider hiring new staff who answers the phone - I've never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional man and it's a poor reflection of the clinic to have him as your first point of contact. After a Google search for a Newmarket dermatologist, this clinic was the first result. I had reached out to make an appointment, but the man who answered the phone rushed me off the phone saying they're not a dermatology clinic and do not have any dermatologists. Extremely OVERPRICED! For half an hour procedure, paid $700! Procedure done by technician at Scarborough location, no Doctor in sight! However it was done well, didn't leave a scar.
